Charlotte Church (born February 21 the 21st of February, 1986) is an opera singer from Llandaff Wales in the United Kingdom. Welsh artist and singer who is famous for pop, classical and jazz recordings. More than 10 million copies of her albums were sold globally. Crazy Chick became her first #1 single. Church had hoped to be cast as Hermione Grenger in the Harry Potter film but Church really wanted Emma Watson to take on the part. Emma Watson was selected to portray the character. Church is the son of Maria Cooper and Stephen Reed. Charlotte as well as her mother Stephen Reed left when Charlotte was only two years old. Charlotte then was raised only by her mother.
