Black Book, a Dutch film about war in 2006 and starring the actress Carice Van Houten. She played Melisandre, the red priestess on Game of Thrones. Her other notable roles include supporting roles in films like Gone Girl Julie & Julia, The Meddler and recurring on the HBO series The Mrs. Casey Wilson. She was born in Alexandria Virginia and graduated in 1998 from T. C. Williams High School. In 2002 she won an award from NYU called the NYU Award for Excellence in Acting Award. Chaka Khan.....................Chaka Khan is one of the most popular and richest R&B Singer who was born on March 23 1953 in Chicago Illinois United States. R&B Singer whose I Feel for You version of Prince is an enormous smash. I Feel for You, the hit track performed by Rufus' frontwoman, is also widely recognized as a huge success. Rufus is another band she has joined. Khan was brought up as the daughter of a Catholic. She went to the school for elementary students at Saint Thomas the Apostle Church in Hyde Park. Her mother was the first to introduce her to music when she was just a child. Khan was first exposed to the rhythm and blues as early as in her teens. When she turned eleven, Khan formed a group together with Taka and Taka, who are Khan's sister. Khan joined the Black Panther Party in 1967 when she became friends with the Chicago born activist Fred Hampton, a member of the Black Panther Party. She's stated she was a member of the Black Panther Party, in spite of the fact that a large number of claim that she got the name Chaka while as a member of the Panthers. Her initials Chaka Adunne Aduffe Karifi hostarhi became hers when she was just 13 years old older from Yoruba Baba. The singer left the Panthers in 1969, and left high school, after having attended Calumet High School, and Kenwood High School. (Now Kenwood Academy). Within the Chicago region, she began performing in small groups. The first band she joined was the Cash McCall's Lyfe with Hassan Khan. Chaka and Hassan were married in the year 1970.
