After the move to Minneapolis the city, she began her singing career. Prince produced her debut album for her studio, which was released in 1993. Electra began modeling for glamour in 1996, making appearances in Playboy magazine. She later moved to Los Angeles where she made her acting debut as Lani McKenzie in the MTV drama show Baywatch (1997-1998). Electra starred with Dave Navarro in the reality show 'Til death do us part: Carmen and Dave. Six was also voiced by Electra in the animated show Tripping the Rift. Electra was later acknowledged for her parody films such as Scary Movie (2000) and Scary Movie 4 (2006). She also appeared in Date Movie (2006), Epic Movie (2007) and Meet the Spartans (2008). Her other credits in films include Get Over It (2001)
